Variations Petite Academy

Variations Petite Academy aims to enhance creativity through fine arts education. Variations is pleased to be the premiere studio in our state to be approved to offer the Leap N’ Learn curriculum to our Petite Academy students. The Leap ‘N Learn curriculum provides tools and shares knowledge necessary for the creation of a successful learning environment. Through an appreciation and utilization of natural development, students in a Leap ‘N Learn program will acquire motor, cognitive, and social skills beneficial for life.

Our Petite Academy classes are offered for children between the ages of 18mo. - 6yrs. and will be catered to age groupings as designated below. Petite Academy 2s

The Petite Academy 2s Division is for students 18 months - 2 year old.

Our Petite Academy 2s Creative Movement classes introduce students to basic concepts of ballet through fun and engaging movement inspired exercises.  Our goal is to expand individual creativity while improving gross motor skills and self-confidence through dance.

Petite Academy 3-4s

The Petite Academy 3-4s Division is for students 3-4 years old.

Our Petite Academy 3-4s ballet, jazz, lyrical, and acro classes are designed to be paired together, but students have the option to participate in single weekly sessions if desired.

Classes in our Petite Academy 3-4s division strike a perfect balance between structure and creativity.

Petite Academy 5-6s

The Petite Academy 5-6s Division is for students 5-6 years old.

Our class offerings expand as your young artist develops. Our program offers flexibility with scheduling, allowing your child to be immersed in the arts while maintaining the imaginative element that keeps our young artists captivated. This division supports our emphasis on technique, which will allow them to graduate to a more disciplined study of dance.
